Instructor Profile for CiviEvent

Add instructor profiles into CiviEvent.

Public integration: Instructor name shows up on event detail/registration page as link to view their "instructor profile".
when viewing this profile, person sees (optionally choose when configuring the profile) first, last, current employer, "bio" paragraph, email.

Administration: In an event configuration, you select from a drop-down of instructors whose profiles have been configured in CiviCRM > Admin > CiviEvent.

instructor profile configuration is ajax search to contact, plus textarea field for "bio". Also check off what other properties to display to public: current employer, email to start (maybe eventually tap into custom fields, but I don't see that as important to start).

When viewing instructor profile list in the admin area, just show list of names. sort name should link to normal contact record.
