Edit Custom Data Group and Edit Profile Group : minor usability fixes

            Description

            1. Create / Edit Custom Data Group (civicrm/admin/custom/group):

            • Hide the "Display Style" form field and it's help/description UNLESS the "Used For" field is "Contacts"

            2. Create / Edit Profile Group (civicrm/admin/uf/group):

            • Use dojo Pane for the "Advanced Settings" fieldset

            3. Create / Edit Profile Field (admin/uf/group/field):

            • If "Visibility" = "User and User Admin", then disable "Searchable" and "In Selector" checkboxes.
