Description
When used pay-later option, confirm step of contribution displays irrelevant message at the top of the page -
"Please verify the information below carefully. Click Go Back if you need to make changes. Click the Continue button to go to PayPal, where you will select your payment method and complete the contribution."
Also look for other cases / settings where message doesn't look appropriate / make sense.
