Boolean (?Yes or No?) custom fields are not settable

            Description

            The ?Yes or No? custom field generates properly the Yes/No radio selector, but when editing contact?s details the selection doesn?t get saved.

            How to reproduce:

            1. Go to a contact?s Voter Info tab
            2. Edit Voter Info
            3. Choose Yes or No for Registered Voter?
            4. Save

            The info doesn?t get saved. Same happens for newly created boolean custom fields on newly created custom groups.
