Expose group functions to the REST API.

            Description

            As part of a discussion of using the REST API, I noted that the current wrapper doesn't allow access to the group add/get/delete functions. I've modified the wrapper to handle these other functions. If possible, I'd like to see this added to the main source tree so the functionality survives; patch attached. The patch is based on 2.0 branch of the project.
