Editing a contact with more than one address record throws fatal error

            Description

            To recreate:

            • change the default Address Settings to allow 2 locations
            • edit an existing contact and add address information for the 2nd location, save
            • now try to edit that contact again

            (adding a 2nd email or phone doesn't seem to cause this in my testing, only the 2nd address triggered the error)
