"Map this Location" error when special characters are used in Event Titles

Special characters (quotations in this case) are not escaped when used in Event titles. I only noticed this on the Map Location page where the script errors out.

Quick (easy) fix is to take quotations out of Event titles. Better fix is to escape special characters used in the Event title.

Easy to repeat on Demo Site:

Create event with "some text" in quotes included in Title Field
Set a Location
Go to Map this Location (you get a blank page)
Firebug notes an error missing ";" when it trips over the "" marks.
