"Synchronize Users to Contacts" does not complete for large installations

            Description

            In large installations (In this case 35k users, 250k contacts), this procedure often either times out, or runs out of memory. This patch ups the time limit, and frees up DAO objects. The procedure now completes within a few minutes.
