Add 'Merge' option for Contact Matching during Edit

If only one contact is found matching to existing contact. Add a merge link that will take the use to merge screen.
For eg: Bill Adams ( Merge )

I'm testing the new de-dupe on the 2.1 demo.

When I'm editing an existing contact for which I know there is a duplicate record, and click "Check for matching contacts", I am presented with the option to edit the match, or save the duplicate. Neither of these is suitable. There should be an option to merge the two existing records, which would be expected intuitively.

This is especially a benefit with users of insufficient hardware to Find & Merge contacts for the whole database. They can simply merge contacts individually as they are found in daily usage.
