Allow adding comment while forwarding mail, modify subject and sender accordingly.

When a civiMail recipient forwards the mailing-

1) Allow him to add the comment on mailing.
2) Change the subject like 'new announcement' will be converted to [Fwd: new announcement].
3) Modify the sender also.Currently it is same who created actual mail, change it to the one who forwarding it.
