Dedupe: add UI for limiting the runs to a given group

Currently, the dedupe scans can be limited to a given group by adding an &gid=X parameter to the URL.

We should create a UI for this, discussing first where to place it (whether closed to the group admin or closer to the dedupe admin) and how it should look/work.
