?Yes or No? fields should allow localised default values

1. Go to custom fields? creation form.
2. When creating a ?Yes or No? field, you are given a ?Default Value? text input. You can?t put there localised values (?Tak? or ?Nie? for pl_PL).

Suggested behaviour: Allow ts('Yes') and ts('No').
