Extend Group description field

Change Group Description field to column type = text so user can enter lengthy descriptions as needed.

Group description field can be made to show up on the mailing list subscription templates or other pages to give public an idea of that the group is about. But the field is currently limited, and it would be beneficial to either double the input length or not put a restriction on it.
