Increase column lengths for custom field labels, multiple choice option labels, price set titles and price set field labels

            Description

            Currently these label columns are varchar(64) which is sometimes not enough for users...

            Columns to modify are: civicrm_custom_field.label, civicrm_option_value.label, civicrm_price_set.title and name, civicrm_price_field.label and name.

            Increase both to varchar(255) and make sure that the HTML input elements can accomodate the new field lengths.
