Relationship "Employee of" can not be renamed

To reproduce this on the demo site:
1. Edit the standard Employee - Employer relationship and change "Employee of" to "Staff of".
2. Create a new individual contact with first name, last name and Current Employer. Enter the name of an existing organization in field Current Employer.

When submitted this results in a 'is not of the type Integer' error.
