Joomla front end profile image not viewable

Since administrative access is not provided we are unable to login and confirm on CiviCRM Joomla sandbox but we have tested and varified on Joomla 1.0.15 w/CiviCRM 2.03 (see attached images)

Having used posted resolutions: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,1938.0.html viewing file attachments on backend of CiviCRM is fixed and works fine.

The issue:
Viewing that same record that works above on a public profile/listings page in Joomla with listing of contacts only shows box that doesn't show the actual image.
