Calculate total event fee as reg form is completed

When price sets are used for event registration fees, multiple fee options are likely being selected, resulting in a computed total amount. It would be nice to have the total calculated and displayed real-time as the user completes the form. The calculation should appear in both the frontend and backend versions of the form (i.e. when the reg form is displayed on the site and when the admin adds people through the administrative interface).
