Import?s Preview and Summary steps? counts differ

I created a small, 3-entry CSV file with two entries already represented in CiviCRM (by which I mean with same First Name and Last Name as existing contacts) and a third entry with an error. The Preview page suggested thateverything will get imported, while the Summary page showed (properly) that CiviCRM did not import anything, because there were 2 Duplicate Rows and 1 Invalid Row.

On a (perhaps) related note, the ?Download Errors? links on the Summary page don?t work (after a quick look at the sources, it seems the downloadErrorRecordsUrl property is being assigned to the template, but not actually set anywhere before).
