Have Event tab sort by event date DESC

            Description

            Currently the event tab sorts entries by civicrm_particpant.id which from a user perspective is completely random. It would be great if this sorted by civicrm_event.start_date DESC instead. I poked at this a bit and I believe it would require some architectural changes to the event search system.
