            Description

            The current joomla package includes toolbar.civicrm.php that is in the 1.0 format and thus being ignored by Joomla 1.5.

            This should be replaced with two file
            toolbar.civicrm.php and toolbar.civicrm.html.php.

            I'm attaching minimal samples. I don't think much is needed since civicrm has its own menu directly below the toolbar..
