Resource URL not set correctly on install

            Description

            When installing in a folder other than 'civicrm':
            (for example, I attempted ot install in 'civicrm-2.0.5')

            Although the installer sets the base path for civicrm correctly in civicrm.settings.php, it does not set the Resource URL correctly in the database. Instead, it assume it has been installed under /civicrm .
