profile forms should not be collapsible

Profile forms pages only have a single group of fields, yet the group is still given 'collapsible' property. This is unnecessary and a usability glitch.

For example, create a profile form with an Individual email field and look at the edit and search pages to see the collapsible group:

The collapsible button should be removed from these forms.

Note that the preview form displays the profile in the preferred format without collapsing:
