Description
Users who do not have the "view profile listings permission" should not see hyper links to profile listings when they view user profiles at pages like (http://myhost/user/2).
Currently users who do not have this permission still see profile fields such as city "Washington DC" as hyper links. Click the link displays the "Access denied" page. Rather than tempting users with hyper links, we should just not display these links to users without the permission.
