Map Event Location - link on map points to test-drive registration instead of live registration

Clicking on event title within the pop-up "balloon" on the map goes to "test-drive" registration. Should link to live registration page.

Also, CiviCRM breadcrumbs should be suppressed for this form since it is used by the "public".
