Auto-build all POT files

Currently, the civicrm-

{core,helpfiles,menu,modules}

.pot, countries.pot and provinces.pot files are built by bin/create-pot-files.sh

Extend that script to also auto-build calendar.pot (if it's still usable after the upcoming tranfser to the jQuery calendar) and drupal-civicrm.pot.
