civicrm/event/manage?reset=1 should sort by date

For now, just make default and all results of manage event search ORDER BY date DESC

Currently civicrm/event/manage?reset=1 sorts by event name, this makes things very difficult to work with more than a few dozen events. Perhaps the list should sort by date, or atleast give the little arrows in the header row so that the user can choose a column to sort by.
