Local navigation tabs show up for disabled Profiles in Drupal My Account edit mode

            Description

            If a Profile is configured with "Used For" = View/Edit User Account (My Account), AND then that Profile is DISABLED, when you go to Drupal My Account it is properly hidden in VIEW mode. But when you go to Edit User mode, the profile shows up as a local navigation tab (menu item). When you click on the Profile tab, you get "Page Not Found".
