Profiles with Contact field(s) only are being suppressed in Drupal User Registration

            Description

            User Registration is incorrectly suppressing a Profile with type = "Contact". This is a problem because a number of "Contact" fields are used heavily for Individuals and need to be allowed in this context.

            Example: Create a Profile and put a single field in it - Contact >> Nick Name
            Profile Used For = User Registration
            Go to user/register - the profile will NOT be displayed
