HRD: When editing case, contacts attached to the case are displayed as numbers (ids), instead of names

      Description

      Testcase:

      1. Create a case
      2. Add at least 3 contacts in "Add To" field
      3. Save the case
      4. Edit newly created case - "Add To" fields are displayed as numbers

      This is reproducible on dev sandbox. Please note that the bug needs to be fixed in HRD custom template as well! (http://svn.civicrm.org/hrd/trunk/custom_templates/CRM/Case/Form/Case.tpl)
