Description
Custom Fields having same name should be allowed if they are in different Custom groups.
Ex.
Let thers are two Custom Groups Namely.. 'Teacher' and 'Student'..
for both of the Custom Groups .. some comman Custom Fields like 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Birth Date' are needed.
Currently if two Custom Fields in different Custom Groups tried for Same Name..then the error for the later Custom Field that "Name exists in the Database"
