action.forward allows user to access the form, but no confirmation and no forwarded message is sent.

      Description

      I include action.forward in a mailing, click on it once i receive the mailing, and am taken to the form with places for five email addresses. I can submit the form and it seems to process fine, but then I'm taken to the home page of the site with no confirmation or error message given to me, and the forwards are not sent to anyone. The mailing report also shows 0 forwards even though I have forwarded it. Any ideas?

      This may be a hole in documentation moreso than a bug in the actual code sense if I understood 100% how forwarding works I might be able to debug.

      Help me out and i'll contribute some documentation
