hanging loop on registration

hey folx,
the parse error is fixed with 2827, and the error messages on registration are gone, but unfortunately we're back to the original hanging problem we had in build 2707. something is stopping the confirmation page from displaying after a user registers. the data is entered tho. my test page: http://www.saucecoalition.com/?q=user/register

PHP 4.3.10 and MySQL 4.0.23.
