CRM-3704 Export should include a field for the rendered greeting

This whole concept of greeting types (Honorific, Formal etc.) is simply too much for some of my clients to grasp. It would be great if when doing an export CiviCRM could include a field for the rendered greeting. This would make mailouts simpler too since the user wouldn't need to do post processing in Excel by setting up a crazy formula with the 2 greeting fields, 3 name fields, prefix and suffix just to get the addressee.
