Add access to participant list and map details from CiviEvent admin page

The CiviEvent admin page lets me change most aspects of an event, but there are some things for which I have to backup and navigate back to the CiviEvent page.
This is time-consuming, not to mention confusing, as it feels like there are two "ways in" to editing an event, and each has slightly different options.
