Usability: CiviMail subject field changes when you select a template further down the form.

On step four of the CiviMail wizard is a field for subject. Further down the page there is the option to choose a template. Choosing a template will change the subject field. It would make more sense to have the subject field after the template field. Perhaps in a seperate fieldset that comes after composition/upload & before attachments.
