Let the import of contact be more permissive

Hi,

The import is quite strict, for instance, it wants to have the country to be either the iso code or the name. The problem is that some name eg. "Macedonia, Republic of" albeit correct, are hardly never in that format in any csv.

Moreover, a life saver for the import (I'm considering jumping through the window to end the import inflicted pain) would be to :
1) Don't display errors as a csv to download but on the page (it'd save 20 clics, and endless scroll)
2) Even better, catch similar errors (eg when the same country is missing/incorrect), and displays a summary:
"Country Macedonia missing (28 lines)"
"Gender "M" doesn't exist (12938 lines)..."
3) Offers a "permisive" option. If choosen, the line is imported anyway, but with an empty value (eg no country)

I'm willing to give a hand, but as the rewrite of the import is on the pipe, I'm just adding suggestions
