CiviCase - Design and implement audit / report output based on named activity sets in case configuration files

Case configuration files will include any number "named sets of activity types".

Users will be able to select a set to run a "Report". For phase 1, output will be in the form of a two paned HTML page providing visual "map" to the state of the case. The output screen should display available data for all the referenced activity types - with visual flagging of activities / activity data that is "missing" (based on the requirements of the selected case review).
