            Description

            It seems that the CiviMail's editor screen would benefit from some better UI decisions: http://forum.civicrm.org/?topic=5502

            1. Changing HTML to use table model instead of definition lists consistently for all the fieldsets on this form.
            2. Make TEXTAREA resizable
            3. Increase default size of RT Editors

            I've also applied these changes to the Administer >> Message Templates form.
