CiviPledge: info and changes made on edit pg. not the same on view pg & pledge payment pg.

after entering a pledge for zed zulu for $500
-pay in 16 payments
-installments of $31.25 every month
then clicking the save button

the pay amount shows $31.00 instead of $31.25 that i saved.

also when i click + to view pledge payments -
the installments show $31.00 for 15 of the 16 payments and the last payment is $35.00

the pledge payments do not correctly reflect the changes made on the edit page
