Problems with discount rate specified in CiviEVENTS

            Description

            One thing i noticed, I tried to create a set of discount rates for an event between specified rates the change did reflect in the events registration page

            http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/event/register&id=3&reset=1&action=preview

            but not in the events information page,

            http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/event/info&id=3&action=preview&reset=1&Itemid=55.
