Email senders and recepients include unnecessary quotation marks.

When an email is received that has been sent from CiviCRM, the recepient sees quotation marks around the sender's and recepient's names. For example, if I send an email to myself from CiviCRM, when I receive that email, I see 'Jack Aponte' as the sender and as the recepient instead of Jack Aponte (no quotation marks around it.) This doesn't seem to affect functionality, but it also doesn't look quite right as someone getting an email in my inbox.
