Edit Contact: Error adding location data if contact was created without any locations

[You can do this locally by creating a contact with only First/Last Name fields completed. Then go back and Edit Name and Location... and follow steps below.]

The steps:
Check "Make this the primary location."
Put anything in the Street Address field.

Current Result:
Database error.

Expected Result:
Adding of the address.
