CiviMail: Allow replies to go directly to the reply address

Currently, the possible options are to either drop replies (set Reply-To: to do-not-reply@...) or route them through CiviMail (Reply-To: r.1.2....@...), so that they can be tracked.

It would be beneficial to be able to direct replies directly to the reply address (skipping CiviMail processing) - either by adding a 'do not track replies' checkbox or by creating a drop-down that lets the user choose between not allowing replies, not tracking replies (i.e., direct them straight to the reply address) or track them (i.e., route them through CiviMail).
