Smarty help file Error on trying to e-mail participant

            Description

            I took the following steps on the demo site.

            • find pending event registrations.
            • Select to e-mail all records.
            • 'Go' gives this output:
            • user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Event/Form/Task/Email.hlp" in /var/www/drupal-6.civicrm.org/public/sites/drupal.demo.civicrm.org/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1092.
