            Description

            Multilingual sites, with some of their columns internationalised, require differences in the upgrade process.

            Replace misc.mysql with misc.mysql.tpl and add Smarty logic which will adjust the file properly based on the languages used (or stick to existing SQL queries for single-language sites).
