CiviMail Processor: Make the IMAP folder names for processed emails configurable

            Description

            Once the emails from the IMAP inbox are processed, they're moved to either CiviMailProcessed or CiviMailIgnored.

            Some users (http://forum.civicrm.org/?topic=5896) cannot create top-level IMAP folders, so we should make these folder names configurable.
