Description
I applied the patch http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-3523 which came from the forum thread http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=3903
on a Drupal 6 CiviCRM 2.1.1 install but it doesn't seem to work for me.
To explain: Contact Sally has primary location and secondary location. Primary has no email. Secondary does. I checked off "Use for Bulk Mailing" by the secondary location email but it seems she is still not going to get the bulk email I want to send.
