Add an extra participant offered also for those already registered

When you register to an event, you can register extra participant.

When you are already registered, you have the error msg "Oops. It looks like you are already registered for this event. If you want to change your registration, or you feel that you've gotten this message in error, please contact the site administrator."

It would be great to still be offered the option to register other participants.
