Saving an Import Mapping at Step 2 and then stepping back to Step 2 later causes the Mapping to be saved a second time but with same name

if you tick 'save this mapping' at step 2, go to step 3 and then step back to step 2, and fix some issue in any row, then go fwd to step 3 again, it saves a second version of the mapping with the same name, which leads to problems when reusing the saved mapping as it then has two or more with the same name.
