Current employer lost on quick edit/save

When a contact is edited, it can take a moment for the current employer field to retrieve the name of the related organization record. If the user edits and quickly saves the record before that field is populated, the current employer field data is lost.

The quality of the hosting environment obviously has an impact on the speed in which that data loads, so it may be less an issue (non-issue) for some. But regardless, it is a potential data loss issue that I don't think should be there, especially given that the current employer id is stored and org name cached directly in the contact record.
